Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 7 days of check in : 30% deduction.
  • Cancellation before 3 days of check in : 50% deduction.
  • Cancellation within 2 days of check in : No refund.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Get information about the Booking Cancellation Policy by the Blossom Resort, Almora. Cancellation before 7 days 30 % will be deducted. Before 3 days 50 % will be deducted. After 24 hours 100% will be deducted. It is important to be aware of the Hotel’s cancellation policy. Different hotels have different Hotel cancellation deadline, cancellation penalty, no-show policy, and refund policy. Some hotel’s also offer free booking cancellation. Blossom Resort allows you to make online hotel reservations at best available rates with instant confirmation. You can also cancel your hotel booking online instantly, using the managing booking link on the hotel’s official website. If you cancel your hotel booking before the outlined hotel cancellation policy deadline, no booking cancellation fee will be charged. However, if you cancel your Hotel booking after the cancellation deadline, We would charge you one night’s charge as hotel booking cancellation penalty. During certain peak season, or for some highly discounted rates offered by Blossom Resort, 100% of the Hotel Booking value may be charged as retention or hotel booking cancellation penalty.

Documents required at the time of check in

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.  Note - PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Adhaar card, Passport. On daily basis hotels have guests checking out and checking in. In order to set a system where Hotel guests do not have to wait for their Hotel room when they arrive at Blossom Resort  specified Check-In and Check-Out times have been set. The Check-Out time is generally an hour or two earlier than the Check-In time, this gives the hotel time to clean the rooms and have it ready for the checking-in guests. If a guest wants to occupy a hotel room at Hotel, before the hotel's check-in time, extra half day or full day charges are applicable based on the check-in time. Clarks Inn Binsar, however, allow a grace time (typically 30–60 minutes) on request by a guest, without any additional charge, if a hotel guest wishes to take the room before the check-in time. Please note we also have a latest check-in time, often 12pm, after which we may give a room to someone else if the room is not prepaid or the guest does not phone in to indicate a time of arrival at the Hotel.

Check out

Every day guests Check-In and Check-Out  of Blossom Resort. In order to set a system where guests do not have to wait for their room when they arrive at Hotel, specified Check In and Check Out times have been set, which are a part of the Hotel’s standard policies and procedures. The Check Out time for the Hotel is generally an hour or two earlier than the Check-In time. Guests are required to check out by the stated check out time of the Hotel. If a guest at Blossom Resort extends his/her stay beyond the check-out time, extra half day or full day charges are applicable. Generally the Clarks Inn Binsar allows half an hour to one hour grace time on prior request.

Children Policy

  • There is no additional room charge for children below 5 years accompanying parents.
  • Children from 6year-12 years will 25% of room charges.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the premises of Blossom Resort. Any mis-violation of this policy will lead to automatic cancellation of hotel booking.
